By using siOsi ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and app (the "Service").
2. Description of Service
siOsi provides AI-powered analyses of makeup looks, colors, and facial balance for creative and educational purposes. The Service processes uploaded photos using trusted third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini, to generate visual and textual insights.
3. User Accounts
You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any actions taken through your account. You must provide accurate information and not share your account with others.
4. User Content and License
You retain ownership of the photos and data you upload. By submitting content, you grant siOsi a limited license to store, analyze, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content beyond that scope.
5. Payments and Credits
siOsi uses a virtual credit system called "Looks." Each Look equals one analysis. Credits can be purchased through authorized payment processors. All payments are final, except where required by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates others’ rights. Accounts found engaging in prohibited activity may be suspended or terminated without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, design, and AI-generated content provided by siOsi remain the property of siOsi or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior permission.
8. Disclaimers
The analyses and results provided by siOsi are for creative and informational purposes only. They should not be considered professional, dermatological, or medical advice. Results may vary and are generated by automated AI systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, siOsi, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using siOsi at any time by deleting your account.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally to reflect service improvements or legal requirements. When major changes occur, we’ll notify users. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which siOsi operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved under applicable local regulations.
