Festival looks fail for one reason: things fall off. The fix is the right glue and a set base. Face gems go on with proper skin-safe adhesive (or long-wear lash glue), pressed onto skin that's already set with powder — not slippery fresh foundation. Glitter needs a sticky base to cling to.
Plan placement before you stick anything: gems along the brow bone, inner corners, cheekbones or under the eye read best. Lay them out first, then adhere.
